With an extensive background in financial services and banking, including many successful years with First Direct, Linda brings a wealth of experience, professionalism and organisational expertise to the business. Throughout her career, she has developed strong knowledge across customer operations, administration and client support, with a clear understanding of the importance of efficiency, accuracy and delivering exceptional service.
Linda plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, overseeing systems, processes and operational administration to help ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail, calm approach and commitment to high standards make her an invaluable member of the team.
Working closely alongside Julianne, Linda helps coordinate the client journey from initial enquiry through to completion and ongoing support. Together, they are dedicated to providing a seamless, timely and professional experience, always striving to exceed client expectations.
Known for her approachable and supportive nature, Linda takes pride in helping clients feel welcomed, informed and reassured throughout their experience with the firm. No task is ever too small, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to support both clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband Paul, her two daughters and their much-loved cat, Rocky. A keen lover of the outdoors and fresh air, she also enjoys walking whenever she can
