Julianne began her professional career in 2000 within the payroll and HR sector, where she developed extensive experience in people management, administration, operational processes and organisational efficiency. Working within fast-paced environments enabled her to build strong communication, problem-solving and client service skills, all of which continue to support her role within financial services today.

In 2010, Julianne took a short career break to focus on raising her daughter before returning to the workplace to help support and manage a successful equity release business alongside her partner. During this time, she gained valuable hands-on experience within the financial services industry, developing a detailed understanding of client administration, regulatory processes, case management and the importance of delivering a high standard of customer care throughout every stage of the client journey.

Julianne brings a strong operational and client-focused approach to the business, with experience spanning financial services administration, client relationship support and day-to-day business operations. She is highly organised, approachable and committed to ensuring clients receive a professional, efficient and seamless experience from initial enquiry through to completion and ongoing support.

Her attention to detail, ability to manage processes effectively and calm, supportive manner makes her an important part of the team. Julianne prides herself on building positive relationships with both clients and colleagues, always striving to deliver excellent service and maintain the high standards expected within the financial services profession.

Outside of work, Julianne enjoys spending quality time with her family and her beloved dog, Teddy. She also enjoys theatre trips with her daughter and friends, alongside reading, cooking and walking. With a strong interest in wellness and wellbeing, she values maintaining a healthy balance between her professional and personal life.
